Moving into a new apartment in another country can be stressful. Many simple things such as plugging in an appliance or doing a load of laundry can suddenly become foreign.

Livitabroad provides move in on site orientations to help acclimate students to their new apartment and will spend as much time as needed to help everyone feel comfortable in their new home.

We know that students not only go to class on a daily basis, but also spend a lot time outside the apartment exploring their city. Cleaning the apartment, although not intentional, may sometimes come secondary.

We offer professional cleaning service weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Whether it be a light “surface” clean, on a deep “thorough” clean; we will cater to your needs.

What do you do when your washing machine suddenly doesn’t spin the cycle? Or an out of reach light bulb goes out? Simple household problems may suddenly become difficult in a foreign country. Livit has a highly skilled maintenance team ready to respond quickly to your maintenance requests. Our newly innovative on-line ticket system allows us to help you quickly and professionally without any language hurdles to get in the way.
