APARTMENT CONDITION FORM

  • This form's purpose is to avoid receiving damage charges at the end of the semester for previously existing problems. Please record all problems with your apartment. This form must be completed & turned in within 48 hours after arrival.

  • Check if floors, walls, ceilings Curtains/shades/Shutters Furniture Windows and Doors Light fixtures are OK

    • KITCHEN

  • Check if Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Freezer, Sink, Plumbing, Dishwasher, Cupboards, Counters, Floors, Walls, Ceilings, Furniture. Light Fixtures, Windows, Doors are OK

    • BATHROOM

  • Check if Toilet, Bidet, Sink, Shower, Tub, Plumbing, Floors, Walls, Ceilings, Light fixtures, Windows, Doors are OK

    • BEDROOMS

  • Check if Floor, Floor coverings, Curtains, shades, shutters, Walls, Ceilings, Furniture, Bedding, Light fixtures, Windows, Doors are OK

    • HALL/ENTRY/STAIRS

  • Check if Light fixtures, Walls and Ceilings are OK

    • MISC APPLIANCES

  • Check if Washing machine, Iron/Ironing board, Hot water heater, Furnace/thermostat are OK

    • APARTMENT AWARENESS AGREEMENT
